SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping is available within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. For international orders outside of these countries, please contact chris@simplyclassic.net for a quote.
Orders are filled within 1 to 3 business days for ready-made products. Custom order times vary, and we will communicate with you on the progress of your order.
All orders are shipped vis USPS or UPS. Orders in nonstandard boxes or weighing greater than 40 lbs will always be shipped via UPS.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love every purchase you make from Simply Classic. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 10 days for a refund to your original payment method. After 10 days, we are happy to provide you with store credit toward a future purchase.
Returns must be unused and in new condition (including packaging). Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned products.
PDF PATTERNS
PDF patterns are available for immediate download upon purchase. You must have a PDF reader installed on your computer to open and print the document. Adobe Reader is a free download that you can use for this purpose.
As PDF patterns are digital products, they are not eligible for return.
