📅 JOIN THE SEW ALONG! JANUARY 27, 2026
Join us for a live sew along on Zoom. We will be hacking The Gemella pattern to make a designer-inspired wallet. Inspired by the Dior Saddle Vertical Wallet*, this twist on the Gemella pattern has a curvy, asymmetrical flap. The sleek, minimalist interior has 16 card slots and an optional ID window.
The sew along will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 1 pm EST (10 am PST). It will be hosted live on Zoom by Chris Murphy, as if we’re sitting in a virtual room and sewing together! You may choose to keep your camera on or off — whatever you’re comfortable with.
When you register, you will automatically receive an email with a .ZIP file that includes:
- The Gemella PDF Pattern (retail value: $19.99)
- Additional pattern pieces that you'll need (exclusive to this sew along, not available for individual sale)
- Steps to prep your pattern pieces
- Link to join the sew along on Zoom
We will also send a reminder email 1 hour before the event begins.

The Gemella Sew Along will take place on Zoom. If you don't have the Zoom app on your device, you can download it for free here: https://zoom.us/download
When you sign up for the sew along, you will receive an email that includes a .ZIP file attachment. (Click here for instructions on opening a .ZIP file.) Inside, you will find a document with a link to the Sew Along. When the event begins, simply click the link to join. We will also send a reminder email with the Zoom link one hour before it starts.
